Spring 2018: Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students at institutions in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other Caribbean territories whose studies were interrupted due to recent hurricanes, may be eligible to enroll as visiting students at the University of Miami until their home institutions are operational.

Students interested in enrolling for up to 15 credits or auditing classes must complete an Undergraduate Studies Inquiry Form .

International students who plan to attend the University of Miami in the fall or spring semester will need to request a Form I-20 from the University of Miami. International students in F-1 or J-1 status currently attending a University in Puerto Rico will need to complete the SEVIS Transfer Process.

We will be waiving undergraduate tuition and the following mandatory fees: Activity Fee, Athletic Fee, Student Center Fee, and the Wellness Center Fee. The Student Health and Counseling Fee is a mandatory fee that will be assessed and reflected on the student’s bill.  Additionally students will be required to provide proof of health insurance or purchase health insurance through the University of Miami.
